Google Tag Manager

We use the Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The Google Tag Manager is a tool that allows us to integrate tracking or statistical tools and other technologies on our website. The Google Tag Manager itself does not create any user profiles, does not store cookies and does not perform any independent analysis. However, it records your IP address, which can also be transferred to Google's parent company in the United States.

The use of Google Tag Manager is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in quickly and easily integrating and managing various tools on his website. If consent has been requested, processing is done exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. The consent can be revoked at any time.

Google Maps

We use Google Maps (API) from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland on our website. Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (land) maps to visually represent geographic information.

When you access the subpages in which the Google Maps map is integrated, information about your use of our website (e.g. your IP address) is transmitted to Google servers in the USA and stored there. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to, or if no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not wish this assignment with your Google profile, you must log out of your Google user account. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as user profiles and evaluates them. You have a right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.

These processing operations only take place if explicit consent is granted in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Detailed information on data protection in connection with the use of Google Maps can be found on the Google website ("Google Privacy Policy"):https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

YouTube (videos)

We have integrated components of YouTube on this website. YouTube is an internet video portal that allows video publishers to post video clips for free and other users to view, rate and comment on them for free.

The operator of YouTube is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

By accessing any of the individual pages of this website operated by us and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) is integrated, your Internet browser is automatically prompted by the respective YouTube component to download a display of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. Further information about YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/en/.

In the context of this technical process, YouTube and Google are informed which specific subpage of our website you visit when you access a subpage that contains a YouTube video. If the data subject is logged into YouTube at the same time, YouTube recognizes with the access of a subpage that contains a YouTube video which specific subpage of our website the data subject is visiting. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to the respective YouTube account of the data subject.

YouTube and Google receive information through the YouTube component every time you visit our website, whether or not you click on a YouTube video while visiting our website. This happens regardless of whether you click on a YouTube video or not. If such transmission of this information to YouTube and Google is not desired by the data subject, the data subject can prevent the transmission by logging out of their YouTube account before visiting our website.

These processing operations only take place with explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

The privacy policy published by YouTube, which can be accessed at https://www.google.de/intl/en/policies/privacy/, provides information about the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google.

Pinterest plugin

This website uses social plugins from the social network Pinterest, which is operated by Pinterest Europe Ltd., Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.

This log data may include your IP address, the address of the visited websites, which also contain Pinterest functions, type and settings of the browser, date and time of the request, your usage of Pinterest, and cookies.

Facebook Pixel

This website uses the visitor action pixels from Facebook for conversion measurement. This service is provided by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland.

However, Facebook's data protection provisions, which can be accessed at https://www.facebook.com/full_data_use_policy, provide information about how Facebook uses the data from visiting Facebook pages for its own purposes, to what extent activities on the Facebook page are assigned to individual users, how long Facebook stores this data, and whether data from a visit to the Facebook page is passed on to third parties is not conclusively and clearly named and is not known to us.

According to Facebook, this IP address is anonymized (with "German" IP addresses) and deleted after 90 days. Facebook also stores information about the end devices of its users (e.g. as part of the "login notification" feature); possibly, this allows for an assignment of IP addresses to individual users by Facebook.

If you are currently logged into Facebook as a user, there is a cookie with your Facebook identification on your device. This enables Facebook to recognize that you visited this page and how you used it. This also applies to all other Facebook pages. Via embedded Facebook buttons on websites, Facebook is able to record visits to those websites and assign them to your Facebook profile. This data can be used to offer content or advertising tailored to you.

If you want to avoid this, you should log out of Facebook or deactivate the "stay logged in" function, delete the cookies present on your device and restart your browser. In this way, Facebook's information that allows for your identification is deleted. Thus, you can use our Facebook page without your Facebook identification being revealed. If you interact with the page, an Facebook login screen appears. After any login, Facebook can recognize you as a specific user again.

This information is used to provide us as the operator of the Facebook pages with statistical information about the use of the Facebook page. Further information is available from Facebook at the following link: http://de-de.facebook.com/help/pages/insights

The data collected in this context about you will be processed by Facebook Ltd. and may also be transferred to countries outside the European Union. Facebook provides general information about the data it receives and how it uses it in its data usage policy. There you will also find information on how to contact Facebook and how to manage your ad settings. The data usage policies are available at the following link: https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy

In what way Facebook uses the data about visiting Facebook pages for its own purposes, to what extent activities on the Facebook page are assigned to individual users, how long Facebook stores this data and whether data from a visit to the Facebook page is passed on to third parties has not been clearly named by Facebook and is not known to us. When you access a Facebook page, your device's assigned IP address is transmitted to Facebook. According to Facebook, this IP address is anonymized (with "German" IP addresses) and deleted after 90 days. Facebook also stores information about the end devices and possibly allows an assignment of IP addresses to individual users.

If you are currently logged in to Facebook as a user, a cookie with your Facebook identifier is stored on your device. Thereby, Facebook is able to recognize that you have visited this page and how you have used it. This also applies to all other Facebook pages. However, via the buttons integrated into websites, that are linked to Facebook, Facebook is able to record your visits to those pages and assign them to your Facebook profile. This data can be used to provide content or advertising tailored to you. If you want to avoid this, you should log out of Facebook or deactivate the "stay logged in" function, delete the cookies present on your device, and restart your browser.

We as the provider of the information service do not collect and process any data from your use of our service.

Data protection declaration for our presence on Instagram

For the information service offered here, we use the technical platform and services of Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA. We would like to point out that you use this Instagram page and its functions at your own risk. This applies in particular to the use of interactive functions (e.g. commenting or rating).

When visiting our Instagram page, Instagram collects, among other things, your IP address as well as further information that is stored in the form of cookies on your PC. This information is used to provide us, as the operator of the Instagram pages, with statistical information about the use of the Instagram page.

The data collected about you in this context is processed by Instagram Inc. and may be transferred to countries outside the European Union. Instagram describes in general terms in its privacy policy which information it receives and how it is used. You can also find information there about how to contact Instagram and about the settings for advertisements. The privacy policy is available at the following link: https://help.instagram.com/519522125107875

Instagram does not conclusively and clearly specify how it uses the data from visits to Instagram pages for its own purposes, to what extent activities on the Instagram page are attributed to individual users, how long Instagram stores this data, and whether data from visiting the Instagram page is shared with third parties, and this is not known to us.

When accessing an Instagram page, the IP address assigned to your end device is transmitted to Instagram. According to Instagram, this IP address is anonymized (for "German" IP addresses) and deleted after 90 days. Instagram also stores information about the end devices of its users (for example, as part of the "login notification" feature); Instagram may thus be able to associate IP addresses with individual users.

If you are currently logged in to Instagram as a user, there is a cookie with your Instagram ID on your end device. This allows Instagram to track that you have visited this page and how you have used it. This also applies to all other Instagram pages. Through Instagram buttons embedded in websites, Instagram can track your visits to these websites and associate them with your Instagram profile. Based on this data, content or advertising can be tailored to you.

If you wish to avoid this, you should log out of Instagram or deactivate the "stay logged in" function, delete the cookies stored on your device, and close and restart your browser. In this way, Instagram information that can directly identify you will be deleted. This allows you to use our Instagram page without revealing your Instagram ID. If you access interactive features of the page (like, comment, messages, and others), an Instagram login mask will appear. After any login, you will be recognizable to Instagram again as a specific user.

Information on how to manage or delete information about you can be found in the following Instagram help section.

We as the provider of the information service do not collect or process any data from your use of our service.

How long will the data be stored?

Unless otherwise stated in the other information in this statement about specific processing operations, personal data will be deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and there are no retention periods preventing deletion.

Who are the recipients of the data?

Unless previously mentioned, personal data is generally not disclosed by us to third parties. In particular, your data will not be disclosed to third parties for their advertising purposes.

However, we may use service providers, such as the aforementioned processors. Here, it may happen that a service provider becomes aware of personal data.

What rights do you have?

You have the right to obtain information about the personal data processed by us regarding your person. Furthermore, you have the right to rectification or erasure or to restriction of processing, to the extent legally entitled.

And you have a right to object to processing within the scope of legal requirements. The same applies to a right to data portability.

In particular, you have a right to object under Art. 21 (1) and (2) GDPR to the processing of your data in connection with direct advertising, if this is based on a balance of interests.

And finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection.

We use Google Maps (API) from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland on our website. Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (land) maps to visually represent geographic information.

Further information about YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/en/.

In the context of this technical process, YouTube and Google are informed which specific subpage of our website you visit when you access a subpage that contains a YouTube video.

6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

In the context of this technical process, YouTube and Google are informed which specific subpage of our website you visit when you access a subpage that contains a YouTube video.

6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
